How to Schedule:

1. Select a location, month, and year using the dropdowns above
2. Click on existing time slots to edit them, or click the blank button to create a new time slot
3. On first click: You'll be prompted to enter your email address to verify you have editing permission
4. If your email is authorized (and keyword is correct if required), you can then schedule, update, or cancel time slots
5. If not, you'll see instructions to request access
6. Green backgrounds indicate already scheduled time slots
7. To remove an entry from schedule, click on the booked slot, then click the Cancel Schedule button.
8. Cancellation Notification: When you cancel a schedule, you'll see a link to notify all team members that the time slot needs to be covered.
